Visited Relish in Kendal over the weekend for the first time, a lovely warm welcome l was met with, enjoyed a nice bowl of soup with bread followed by a piece of Bakewell tart and a cup of tea. It was nice to see a more traditional cup and saucer but the teapot was a little small, and the lid kept falling off, just a very small point and didn't spoil the enjoyment, l would recommend this cafe and would visit again. Always try to support small business where l can.

The cutest coffee place with a real vintage vibe! Lovely staff. We stopped for take away lunch, coffee and cake! Great food, particularly the brownie which was just melt in the middle! Cakes homemade by the owner I understand! Perfect fuel for our road trip ahead! Thanks Relish No.37!

We found this cafe by chance, when we popped into Kendal briefly, on holiday in the area from Suffolk. Very good service and delicious, well presented food at a very reasonable price. We'd definitely recommend. Thank you!

A great little cafe in the heart of Kendal. Excellent coffee and breakfast. Home made baked beans are a treat and good to know I wasn't getting fed a load of sugar and salt. Extra seating upstairs. Dog friendly and nice people.

Service was very friendly, though a little slow, given that it was quiet at the venue. However, our brunch was excellent, super tasty and very well cooked; definitely well worth the wait. The coffee was excellent too and oatmilk was available. Prices are reasonable. The interior is very attractive.
